anyone know the name of this 1963 bike....

Mr. OJM,
I believe the cycle to be a Mustang or a Foreign copy of one. They were popular with high school kids in the late 1950`s.
It`s definitely not a Whizzer as I owned one in 1951. They are Foreign made now as well. The Mustang would run 50mph
and had a 4 speed transmission with chain drive to rear wheel. I believe you can search on internet and get more info.
