Anyone know of anywhere in AZ to waterhunt?

Ron Y

New member
Hello everyone,

I'm new here and just got into water detecting (Tesoro TS).

Just wondering if its legal to waterhunt in AZ. I was thinking about Lake Havasu after Spring Break.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Ron

I remember something about folks hunting this as there were tubing places, your best bet would be to find a club locally and see what some of the other members are doing.....HH...Geo

Thanks Alaskaseeker,

I never thought of the Gila.I'll have to research that.

I was just thinking of all those kids have to go somewhere during Spring Break.

I was concerned about the use of detectors in the water,as most of the lakes are State Parks.
I think I'll give Tesoro a call, they are` based in AZ.
Maybe I'll have to go to the west coast or Sea of Cortez(rocky point etc). That would have to be one of the best times of the year to hunt the water,I'm hopin'.

Thanks Again,
Ron

Wow wltdwiz,

Lookin'Good,The Colorado,I was wondering if there were places by the casinos near Bullhead too.

I just picked up a water machine, and will be in the area this winter.
That beach scene sure looks beautiful.

Thanks much for the info,
