Anyone know if the F75 will have extra coils when it is released?

Also if it don't beat and out preform my CZ70, CZ3D, Edge, and 6A in depth and at the beach it won't get bought either. I am going to get to test the F4 and the F75 after they come out so I will let you guys know what I find out about them. I get to try before I buy this time. :clapping: :bouncy: :super: Later Jerry aka Tinfoil

Like you, I will be comparing the new Fisher against my CZ-5 and CZ-70 Pro before considering buying it. I will base my decision on actual results in the field, not on hype and speculation. Kelley (Texas) :)

I have purchased many of the very pricey Fisher and other small coils and always end up selling them for lack of use and sacrificing about 1/2 the depth of my stock coils.

At least the Bounty coils are priced right and that may make it easier to *play* or experiment some more.

Besides- the F/75 is supposed to be much like the T-2 which in my opinion works brilliant without a sm. search head. With the proper settings- and with a 1 or 2 tone audio set-up, that DD coil does wonders in trash with the disk well below the usual 40 setting.

Maybe it's just my learned technique, but I have faired better with the large looking T-2 DD coil than any of those small coils that ran me for $100+ each time and sat in the garage collectin' dust.

Arizona Jack,The hunting I do in old city parks require a smaller coil.I use five inch coils on my Fisher with great results.I even have a old Discovery 3 that does well with the four inch Bounty Hunter coil. The T2 with a stock 11 inch won't perform very well in these parks not enough target separation.

It depends on where you hunt and what you hunt for. The small coils stay on the machines I hunt most with. I believe separation and masking are a much larger problem than depth.

I happen to like both coil types but some are partial to one over the other. Something for everyone!

Don't let the look or 11 in. length fool you. it's really only 10 & 1/2 and DD coils are the best in trash.

The T-2-with the proper settings-gets eye poppin' separation out of that coil believe it or not. Setting the disk right is the key. Its amazing people look at a picture of the T-2 and immediately claim *needs sm. coil* before even trying one.

I'm certain it would do just fine in that park, plus go alot deeper than any small search head- and that combination translates into more finds. Settings and audio are key- not coil size.

and he will give you a different answer. I admit that the larger DD's will signal on stuff deeper in moderate iron than a smaller or stock size coil will. They are a great tool for a lot of sites. I learned that lesson with the ML Advantage using the larger aftermarket coils. I have hunted with Fishers for years and never pulled targets as deep out of iron as with that setup so they defintely have their place.

Arizona Jack,I,m not sure if you encounter the trash I deal with in these old city parks in Pontiac MI.They are layered with trash and I have used a T2 in these parks with extremely poor separation.Maybe your conditions are different from mine but the smaller coil works best in the parks I search.

I'm sure he never stated that the T2 stock coil is as good in iron as other detectors with smaller than stock coils. T2 owners seem to be in agreement that the stock coil is a marvel in iron but that does not mean it is all you will ever need.

They sure are behnd schedule according to the info the dealers have posted then had to retract. Some manufacturers do not let out info on new releases to anyone, including dealers, because delays seem to be inevitable.
