Anyone know if the F70 will have the dp tones?

I have been trying to find out if the soon to be released F70 will have the dp tone mode from the factory right away or will it cost another $50 in 6 months to get an upgrade to it?
 
Looks like all the same "tones" options the F75 has I think............pretty cool! :)
