Anyone know how to reach Bill @ proscoops??? I have had no luck!!!

i have tried and tried to reach ANYONE at ProScoops. - No Response - so i am looking elsewhere for the balanced shaft.
up until now i have always used the standard shaft.
that was until years of use took its toll.
i was swinging it through the water the other day and she finally broke, right below the arm shaft. right at the top spring clip.
have since had it welded, first weld did not hold, however so far the second weld is holding. it has now been reinforced with an aluminum shaft inside the tube and reinforced around the tube with small alum braces. so now to be on the safe side i want a the new straight shaft. then i can keep the old one as a backup.
 
already tried that one.
i have emailed. i have tried calling. MANY times!!!
they say his ph is turned off?
 
I just bought a scoop from Bill. He was a little slow getting back to me, but it was worth the wait. I'm real happy with the purchase I made.

You might want to call Riely's Treasure Gold, I think there next door to each other.
