Anyone know how to adjust V3i based on Ground Probe?

I have been looking into the Ground Probe on the V3i. It must be there for a good reason.
Does anyone here use it and if so, how do you adjust your V3i based on what your Ground Probe tells you?

Tony it is Greek to me as well. My ground hits at +93 but my percent of noise is always pretty low.
