My son is in basic training at Fort Jackson and graduates this week. We're going down and will be there for a couple days. Thinking about bringing the detector with me. Lots of parks in the area. I understand some are off limits to detecting but some are from what I can gather from the internet. Anyone in the area that can point me in the right direction and maybe get together for a hunt? Thanks, Joe
 
I'm about an hour and a half from Columbia. Not sure about any parks over there. If you bring your machine I would be glad to come over and hunt with you somewhere.
 
I am about an hour and half from there too. We would have to meet somewhere or we could all just meet somewhere and wipe an area clean. :thumbup:
