excellent spot along mohawk river just sucks though when i find old hand struck coppers and they cant be identified..
 
Ya, the ground minerals do a job on the coin. Still a lot of fun !!! Have you found any old silver from the 1700 yet ? That should be in pretty good shape.
 
Sounds like some of you are close. I'm hoping for some luck this year
 
Just put a 9 by 11 inch concentric coil on my AT PRO. Covers a bigger area and seems to go a hair deeper. Anyway I ready to go in the spring.Have some old farm fields I need to rehunt. Good Luck to you.
 
yeah october 2012 got a 1776 2reale and lots of musket balls from british troop and american in excellent shape with my proto type mxt pro
 
Verry exciting find !!! You are the first to tough thows finds in 200 ++ years. I photogragh my finds and sites now and put them in a photo album. Regret I never GPS the find site in the ground. Also make short videos with my pictures. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hrUPNOuK1d4
