anyone hunting with a 6000 di pro sl?

That is still one very good detector.
It is like the XL PRO.
YOU WILL HAVE FUN WITH THAT UNIT.
The XL PRO is more in the xlt shape.
BUT THE 6000 WILL DO AS GOOD AS MOST NEW UNIT TODAY.
You need to learn the detector and it will serve you well.
Go to www.firstontop.com for some tips and the anolog forum on this site for help.:twodetecting:

It is very dependable and the meter is very accurate. You will have fun using it. Kelley (Texas) :)

I used the Pro SL for about 16 years and still own one. I have an XL Pro also. They are the same feature and performance wise except the Pro SL has the volume control. Pretty simple to setup and use. The presets should work well for you unless you have unusual ground. Just read the manual especially the part about fine tuning using the signal balance control. If you don't have a manual you can download one at the Whites website. Great Detector!

I got the 5900 --if the 6000 is as good as the 5900 or better, you got a REAL good machine-the 5900 has been a GREAT machine for me...:super::usaflag::fisher:
