Anyone here using Digital SLR?

RM is a professional and naturally uses a digital SLR, and Nimrod and Greg uses one. I am using a point and shoot Nikon Coolpix 5700 camera that I recently bought.
Say, how about posting some pictures? We would love to see the photos, that is how some of us learn how to take decent photos. I suspect that you probably take some great ones. Please have a great day! Kelley (Texas)

I just bought a D70 and still reading the manual. I also ordered a couple more books.

Here is a picture from my new D70. It is not great but I wanted to see if I could upload it here. Obviously I was on the wrong side of the sun but it was 10 degrees outside so I took it through a window.

It does look cold outside...is that snow or ice on the ground? Again, I like the photo, thanks for posting it. Please have a great day! Kelley (Texas)

It's snow. We average close to 200 inches a year but are getting off to a slow start this year. Everything outside is either white or grey so there is not much to photograph until spring arrives.

This is a picture of my favorite site. My only two LC from here and 1871 Half with center cut out. This was a farm field, old barn to right and I have only check small area, but property goes in hedge in far background and a old Village fair ground 1870 to 1940 to left (East) of this area. Only problem is electric dog fence all the way around here and lots of doggie landmines! Camera Coolpix 4500, but am really looking at new Canon EOS 20D!
