Anyone here used both Sea Hunter M2 and Dual Field?

I used the sea hunter 2, found it to be too heavy and awkward when on the belt, also got some falsing until I turned up the disc to 3 or higher, I just ordered a dual field havent got it yet but Anderson shafts sell a weight for the coil for $29.95
Also look at the Sand Shark

Cheers,
let us know how you go with the DF.

When/where were you getting the falsing with the SH2? I'm guessing it was in the water as the waves moved up/down over the coil. If it's falsing because of mineralisation in the sand, then hmmm...

Weight is NEVER a problem with most detectors. It's only a problem with detectors that have the control box fixed to the upper shaft (except for water detectors).

The falsing was in the water, no waves east coast florida, fort lauderdale, very strange falsing all the time once disc turned up it was fine, was using 10x14 coil
cant wait to try the dual field
