I can't have a bad pump tho ? unless those things know what the water temp is.

Mmmm...must be a democrap pump. Jist wants to dump cold water on everything

kind of generic instructions. If you tackle it a real good trick is to take digital pics of how it came apart. A pic is particularly good before removing wiring connections.

I read a bit of the link Bob and may have discovered the culpret right off. It talks of hose screens. We are on spring water here and it is SERIOUSLY high in calcium.
Good chance ( i hope) is all it is a screen clogged with calcium. Makes sense for there to be more calcium build up in the hot than the cold.

some calcium buildup in the hot water solenoid valve (part of the mixing valve assy) that is keeping the valve from opening. That would be worth looking at before you go and buy a new valve assembly..

make surethe little screen is clear. After that get a really big hammer and hit anything inside of the washer you don't like the looks of at least 3 times...If it doesn't break, it probably WAS good.

The link you gave me shows no pics but i'd venture to say it aint nuttin more than followin the water 'in' until i git to a part that i can't recognize.
The pump should be a bronainer and then the thingy that don't look like a pump should be the mixin valve. :look:
Yeeeah, dat's it, the thingy that don't look like a pump should be da mixin valve i must say.
