Anyone hear from BillB? "Proscoop"

I placed an order for a sand scoop last week. I only receved a paypal confermation but nothing from Proscoop. I sent some PMs and Emails but havent gotten any replys. I hope all is well.

Bill is Kewl and he has limited contact abilities (deaf) but he's usually really good at getting back to you. If he's heavily involved in production or out of town he may take a little longer to reply.
