Anyone have trouble between bottle caps & quarters

Hey fellows strangely as it may seem, seems I am still having trouble telling the bottle caps from the quarters is there some setting I should be setting or just more practice, practice, and more practice. I know they do sound somewhat different when scanning above the ground but seems I am having trouble telling the difference....any help out there....BiLL/WV

Are you talking about screw caps? bottle caps should read way lower than quarters at least in conductive sounds.. a flattened screw cap will give you trouble sometimes, but most read quite left of where a quarter does on the smart screen closer to copper penny and indian heads.. not sure how they read in digital...

I find in audio 1 the screwcaps will warble and as jim says plot left of quarters...cs
