I tried the X5 last week and really liked it. I didn't find any coins yet and the air test showed dimes and old pennies seemed to give less of a deep signal than brass and buttons. Any remarks on this and info on getting the most depth for coins. I am not complaining(this machine is a keeper) as I couldn't believe when I pulled an old shotgun shell and 45/70 casing at 15+ inches. Can't wait to bring it up to Plattsburgh for some old buttons!
