Anyone have issues with the uniporbe on the deus

I seem to have a problem with the Uniprobe and my deus. I can't hear any sound from the headphones. The other day it was working and then it stopped. I have two headphones and the same problem happened with both. I tried a cheap headphone and no problem.
 
It's difficult to get some plugs all the way into the socket
Took me a while to figure it out...
If it's just a little out you lose sound and I found my
male plug is flat on 2 sides and had to orient it properly...
