Anyone familiar with the GMT Goldmaster E series ?

Since I've moved back into northern Alabama I've been wanting to hit some of the older known gold producing creek beds. Actually there are quite a few that are not restricted to public access and I did fairly well with a pan 20 years or so ago. The biggest problem back then was the snakes as most of these areas we frequented was loaded with cotton mouths etc. and we always had somebody watching while the other panned.

I'm hoping some of you will have some experience with the GMT e series and can comment on whether or not it would be a decent gold machine and if it's money well spent. The price is right and I even see a few used ones for sale every now and then too.
So let me hear from you. bearden376@charter.net
Thanks
Mike

I've had my GMT for about 2 years now. With a little practice the GMT will find gold as small as fly poop (1/10TH OF A GRAIN). In my opinion the GMT is a best buy for a vlf machine. If you decide to purchase a GMT be sure to order the instructional video as it will teach you more in one hour than a dozen trips yo the Field.

Here is a link to a website that compares different gold detectors including the GMT. I hope it helps you.
