I have purchased an Exceleratro EQ2 Pro 6" coil for my MXT for trashy areas. Does anyone have any experience with this coil and how VDI #'s, deepth readings, etc. vary to the std. 950 coil. Similiar or different? Thanks.

Anyone familiar with the Excelerator EQ2 Pro 6" coil

I picked up an M6 for my daughter with that coil. I only used it briefly to check it out so I don't have any detailed results but it appeared to work similarly to my 6x10. It's a solid round coil but it's a DD not a concentric so I would think it's strengths would be in harsher ground. It would also be useful in trashier spots with it's small size. The 950 will search deeper but in the aforementioned types of spots it may not be better as it's a concentric. Hopefully someone with extensive time on this coil will chime in . .I'd be very interested myself.
