Anyone ever used a 3 x 7 elliptical on their Tejon?

Woodstock

New member
Thanks everyone for sending me tips, I was wondering if anyone used the 3 x 7 elliptical on their Tesoro? And theirs been a lot of talk about the 5.75 wide scan. I noticed that there seems to be more than one type of 5.75 wide scan for them. Is there a big difference? Which one is best? And does anyone use the 10 x 12 DD ? Let me know as soon as you can and thanks for all the positive info you've already sent. Happy Hunting and Trails to All, Woodstock

Isn't there anyone out their in Tesoroland thats used a 3 x 7 elipitcal coil on their Tejon and give me their thoughts on it? And knowone knows if the 5.75 concentric and the 5.75 widescan concentric have any differences or are they the same coils with different labels? I was hoping to get some answers. Woodstock

Just for everyone FYI I picked up a 5.75 widescan. I realized the differences and read some info and it sounds like a good choice based on the reviews. HH, Woodstock

Hi Woodstock, I'm not sure, but I believe the 3X7 you are womdering about has not been in production for awhile , and that is ;likely the reason you don't hear much , if anything of it. I would also mention that there is also a 5X10 Elliptical (widescan) avalible for the Tejon. It is growing in popularity , though not a lot being said about it. I really like mine , and hope to use it more when the hot weather will allow me to. Do some searches on it, as there are some good reports to be found on it HH, Charlie

Yes it hasn't been made for awhile.I had one for a Lobo ST along with the 10" and I was just curious. I'm going to check out the wide scan 5.75 cause I read that there hot. Skully likes them and a lot of others. Maybe I'll check out a 10 x 12 someday but I've read there's not much difference between them and the stock coil. The old way of measuring depth was by coil diameter so there really wouldn't be. The big difference is there foot prints. Hey thanks for your input.
