My buddy found this a few days ago and we are trying to get an idea of the age of it.
Looks like an neat bottle opener and may have been a marketing aid for a product... Maybe Moosehead beer??

It is still being sold new so I doubt it could be determined when it was made. HERE is a link to a listing with many available brand new. That link will likely quit working as the page eventually expires. But you are right, it is a Die cast pewter moose bottle cap opener made in Canada.
