Anyone ever MAKE a hipmount bag for their detector?

Hey folks.
I'm looking to get or make a hipmount bag for my Minelab Musketeer. Been looking around to see if anyone has modified some kind of fanny pack or other pouch type bag to use as a hipmount carrier for their detector. I figured it would be pretty easy to just get a bag big enough and make a hole in the bottom for the coil cable.

So any ideas? If you've done it for your detector maybe you could attach a pic. Would love to see it regardless of the detector.

I once got a soft camera case from Walmart or Kmart and made a hip mount bag for a Minelab Sovereign Elite. Took the control box to the store to find a bag just the right size. It worked great.

Thanks Tom. That's exactly what I was looking for. Hadn't even thought of a camera bag. The Sovereign and Musketeer control boxes are the same size, so I'll definitely look into that.

Hi Wayne,

For the Sov GT I used an old gun "zip cord" fanny pack. One that was large enough to hold a .45. I cut a small hole in the bottom of the bag for the cord. (see pics)

I was looking at similar packs at Lowes this weekend. I don't remember seeing this one. What does the label on the front?
