I just bought a new Tesoro Tiger Shark and want to purchase a spare "O" ring for the machine. Kellyco (where I bought it) states they only sell accessories, not parts, so they don't have the "O" ring. I e-mailed Tesoro over a week ago, didn't even get a reply. I used the e-mail link in their own web site so I know it I didn't mistype the e-mail address. Very disappointed in Tesoro's "great customer service". I enjoy my Tejon (purchased new 3 years ago, but never needed service on it) so when I wanted a water machine I went with Tesoro. I now wonder if I should have went with a White's machine instead. Has anyone else had difficulty with Tesoro not responding to customer's needs?
