I know plugger and Anderson made one but did not appear to do the trick totally.

A friend of mine did one that seemed to work better but was wondering if any of you creative guys have discovered a way to make this great little detector even better by better balance, thanks

Hey guys. I make the Gizmo's you speak of. It will fit the Atpro and Golds. But the new style rods have been extended in the arm cuff area by Garrett. The old style rods are the shorter ones and the Gizmo works great on these. Also fits the current and older Ace 150, 250 and 350 machines. I guess if you have a really long arm the Gizmo will help on the new style Atpro and Gold machines. But you would probably be in the 6 ft 6 inch tall range. You could try one and if it doesn't work for you just send it back.
