Anyone detect around the Corning, New York area ?

I'm thinking about going to Corning in the middle of October for a museum event unrelated to detecting. I plan to spend an extra three - four days there to see if I can locate Colonial period cellar holes to detect. We have nothing like that in California, so it would be a great new experience.

I was curious if any of our Findmall members MD in the area? Corning is only approximately ten miles N. of the Pennsylvania state line.
