I've sent my money, as yet nothings turned up and they're not being very helpful. Hope their good, otherwise I'm out $680!!!!!!!!!!!

That website does not look very professional, it looks bogus! Have you talked to anyone? If your check has not been cashed, I would stop payment immediately, cancel your order. If anything they may just be selling used equipment as they find it. Many manufacturers will not sell wholesale to a dealer who undercuts other dealers by percentages. When you order off the Internet, it is buyer beware unless you deal with a reputable company. I certainly hope you resolve this quickly.

If not possible, report them to the Illinois Secretary of state AND visit them if you are within $680 distance of Chicago ... if ya know what I mean.

You are almost always better off dealing with more local "retail store front" folks. Hope you get your machine or your money back.

I'd also write all of the manufacturers of the products listed and for sure the one you chose to purchase through these folks. the manufacturer might be alble to lean on them if they are a legit dealer customer. I know White's would!

I've contacted then since to ask for an exact postage date and tracking number, to which I've been told that " I will send you the postage receipt". That was a couple days ago since then, nothing.
I would like to buy the stuff here but there's a distinct lack of suppliers of equipment. Anyone fancy supplying me to supply the rest of the country?

I have sent many things to Australia and New Zealand. If the correct forms are not filled out then your item goes by surface mail...hence called the slow boat!! USPS Airmail takes 10 days. Custom's forms must be filled out and then the item is held up in your country's custom office. The company must provide you with a custom's tracking number and an airmail tracking number. If they did not fill out the forms correctly this could be your hold-up. Also this company looks very questionable as to it's operation.
 
Sorry never heard of them but I did track down some info on one of the owners with different phone numbers.
