Anybody using the 10"X 12" widescan on a Vaqauero?

If so, how much depth increase over the stock coil? Any other input would be appreciated also. Bill

Have one that I use on the Cibola and Tejon ... but not real often.

On the Cibola, and I'd guess the Vaquero too, it makes it nose heavy and not the comfortable swing I expect. It is not as bad a balance on the Tejon.

Over mild ground, not much difference in depth, but more area coverage. For area coverage, I prefer the 3.6 x 18 inch cleansweep even though that gives away an inch or two on depth.

I have not hunted highly mineralized ground with the 10 x 12 widescan, so I'll let others comment on how it handles those conditions compared to the standard coil.
