Anybody Know

I found if you go to the digital screen if it sez 5 it's a nickle And they have a little different sound than the junk although that takes a little more practice.
 
Watch the cursor, if the bottom of the cursor touches the bottom of the screen it has about a 90% chanch of being a nickel, if it's bottom is above the bottom of the screen prob. a pull tab, if the cursors bottom is below the screen bottom it is foil.

Hi Rick, I think every machine is slightly
different, mine show's a little space at the
bottom on nickles, & alittle higher than that
on tab's, gold ring's can run anywhere from
foil on the thin small ring's, all the way up
I have 1 ring, man's 24k that read against the
top above zinc's. HH....jim
