I've got an urge to find one! Just guessing it's a very nice detector. Anyone have one or got any info about this machine to sharew

KCK, I have one used less than 10 hrs. I would rate it a nine out of ten. I purchased it this year (april 2007) as a backup, to a Tesoro DeLeon. I am asking $275.00 for it shipped in USA. I paid around $450.00 new, so it is in very good shape. Email me if interested. Best Wishes, Don PS it has the standard coil with small scratches on the bottom as I have no coil cover for it, got coins down to 6 inches.

interested but shipping freight is crazy high anymore! I almost quit Ebaying on account of it! Plus when shipping from out of the USA I ran into all sorts of hassels with a GTI I sold to UK. The customs even open the box and traded batteries out of it cause I sent this guy some really expensive Rechargeables with the detector, The detector finally made it to the guy about two weeks later, but the batteries were replaced by energizers, that was a bummer!

Check on your shipping, can we can get insurance for it as well? Do you take Paypal? Or how do we arrange payment? Sorry about all the questions, still have that bad taste in my mouth about the last out of states transaction.
Do you have any pics handy of the machine Don?

Here's the model I am looking for Don!

I have had no problems shipping to UK, or any other area in Europe. I always ship Express Mail, Insured with delivery confirmation. I always overwrap the package with heavy brown paper. That seems to discourage prying eyes and anyone from disturbing the neat wrap. To ship in a box with no wrap, only tape to cut through, allows easy, hardly detectable entry into your package. They can reseal it by simply re taping it. The receiver of the package will never know. Now with that said, Germany is probably the hardest outfit to deal with. They will often hold an item in customs for several day, or even weeks. Italy on the other hand just does not like to go out of there way at all to deliver a package. I have had two packages returned to me(no charge with Express Mail)marked REFUSED. Now you know no one is going to refuse their package unless perhaps they delivered it to the wrong place to start with. I have shipped roughly 60 packages to Europe and have had only the two from Italy returned. The rest, delivered in a most timely manor with no pilfering.
