PICTURES ARE NOT TO GOOD......LADY STANDING BY A SHIELD ON ONE SIDE AND ANCHOR ON THE OTHER. LOOKS LIKE COOPER OR SOMETHING...HAS REEDED EDGE. BACK HAS LION ON IT.
 
Can you make out any of the lettering?

Can you get a better pic without flash or if the coin is wet with water of oil. Maybe this will allow more detail to come through.

You've found an 1811 trade token from Norfolk, England. The castle and lion shield on the reverse is the shield of arms for the city on Norwich. The shield on the obverse, next to the lady leaning on an anchor, will have "Dunham and Yallop Goldsmiths" written inside. I couldn't find a pic I could copy.
