I am still braving the heat and trying to get some detecting in, but I am like you... I'm ready for cooler weather.
That heat will take alot out of you in a days hunting.
The chiggers have been bad this year and I had a couple of bouts with them until I finally broke down and
opted for the insect repellent.
Hopefully it will start to cool down next month.
