I've always been a big fan of Kellyco as I've never had any issues dealing with them. I have always received great service with no exceptions. Not to mention always getting the best price on everything I've ordered. However, after patiently waiting 122 days and paying upfront in full for the 800, I've begun to reevaluate my decision to do so. Numerous times I've been given a ETA shipping date, only to have that date come and go and no 800. Cancellation is no longer a remote possibility. However, cancelling my order might be cutting off my nose to spite my face as I still want my 800.
I've been advised by my sales rep there at Kellyco, the orders will be filled according to the date individuals placed their order, which only seems fair. So one would assume if orders are being honored according to order date, there absolutely has to be a master order list based on when the order was placed. How hard can it be to ascertain where one is on the master list? I find it absurd that a sales rep is being denied access to the "placed order list"! It seems prudent and absolutely a good business practice to advise individuals who have ordered and prepaid where they are on the list.
To have a sales rep of a company take a order and have the order prepaid by the customer and then refuse the customer the most basic business courtesy of where the customer is on the order list is absolutely asinine! I believe I most likely will let this play out until the end of the month to see what happens. I will however, give much consideration when dealing with Kellyco again in the future.
Best Regards to everyone and best of luck to all who have ordered a Equinox from Kellyco.

Yes, inconceivable that KellyCo does not have the ability to sort that list by order date. Weird that it's being so non-responsive to customers.
tbw said:Update. I spoke to my sales rep at Kellyco this morning. Was told Kellyco had a meeting with Minelab earlier this week. According to my sales rep, Kelleyco was advised by Minelab's rep Kellyco "should" be receiving enough units to fill all back orders by mid to end of April going into May. Sounds pretty vague in my humble opinion! I'm of the opinion this is out of Kellyco's hands. If inventory isn't being provided by Minelab, then there's really nothing Kellyco can do. However, perhaps taking prepayment should be reconsidered in the future. Patience is a virtue.
