I`m thinking about getting a pinpointer this year and the 560 looks pretty good. The features look good and i wondered about the auto on/off. Let me know your opinions. Thanks

I got one for christmas an love it. Had a auto-max vibra-probe 560 top of line in my book. Saltwater or dirt I like it

Have had a vibra probe for a year and pleased with it.The auto on/off is nice. You turn the probe up and will vibrate when it comes on and will stay on for a couple of minutes. It vibrate a couple of times when it shuts off. When usiing mine a couple of minutes is long enough. You can put it next to your foot and feel it vibrate while digging. Also I will use the probe to check for the object even though I have depth reading, sometimes the object is just under the grass and saves some digging.

I wouldn't go 'tectin without mine. A real timesaver finding that Dirty Money after you dig. Extremely sturdy. I've had mine 4 yrs. and although it's getting a little grubby, it still works great.
