Any users of the 6" DD medium freq. yet? My test plot results are unbelievable

I posted my first hunt with the stock coil and I was extremely happy with that 2 hour hunt. Now I switched to the 6" DD coil that came with it and first impressions in the air and on my 12" buried mini-ball are great as well. I can get the 12" mini about 1 to 2" off the ground in prospecting and all metal and a beep and target ID in the pattern 1 disc mode with the coil on the ground. In disc it isn't the kind of signal that would jump out at you but it is a beep with jumpy target ID but hey it is a 6" coil and that is pretty phenomenal. I have seen detectors with a 950 loop on them that won't pick that bullet up in the disc mode. I can't wait to try that coil in a home site and for coins. Any results of actual field testing yet?

try it underwater, its fully waterproof. I have used mine underwater with great results so far as it has opened up a whole new world for me. I have the water bug now and will probably go all out next year and get the Excal 2. But for now the 6" in small creeks keeps me going back for more. Oh yea I love pinpointing with the 6" coil much easier then the larger coils.
Cheers!

Im not sure if its the 6" Concentric 7.5 or the 6" DD 18.75 you got but your results doesnt surprise me.

They go deep and I have several impossible finds in the 8-10" range with the 6"DD, some even deeper.

Its an incredible good coil. It will surprise you in the field too, probably more then in your test bed.

It will make you smile even if you are very old in the game, thats a promise.
