Any tips on using the CZ-70 in heavy trash?

I got permishion to hunt an old yard that goes back to the late 1800's. I had a little time to just check it out with the 70 and 8" coil. Wow, I've never seen a place with so much junk in the ground. I'll have to put the small coil on. What kind of settings would you guys use in a place like this. I usually hunt in ID mode with nothing blocked out. Sensitivity at 4 or 6. Volume at 4 to hear the faint tones. Very low to no miniralization if you don't count the trash. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks
