Any tips on using a Garrett ace 200

-Don't run your sensitivity too high
-Look for stable targets where the numbers don't bounce around too much
-If you find a target, consider running the coil over it in different directions to see how the numbers read.
-If you have a target, continue moving the coil over it in and raising the coil at the same time. If you still get a signal at 2 feet, it's probably a pop can sized target
-Make sure you are dead center with your pinpointing, to keep your recovery hole small
-If you get an electronic pin-pointer, finding your targets gets even easier and faster
-Start off by hunting in coins mode only until you get used to the detector.
-Keep the coil parallel to the ground at all times when searching.

I recently bought a Garrett ace 200 looking for tips
A 200 was my first machine. Personally my favorite way to run it was jewelry mode sensitivity as high as i could and digging any solid signals. I found my best coin a 1754 2 reales with my 200, it did not give a good ID but it was 8 inches deep. Good luck
