Any Relic Hunters Out There?

It would be nice to hear from some of the relic hunters out there, especially the ones who hunt in highly mineralized soils.

No dirt digging, it is summer time...its time for water-walking!

Weather to hot to relic hunt now, but a friend of mine used an ATX in hot ground this pass spring. Did pretty good for just learning it. I'm thinking hard about getting one to go with my AT Pro & AT Gold. Going to use his ATX when the weather gets cooler.

Will do John, planning a trip in a few weeks with the ATX on a relic hunt.

Got a great place to hunt tons of relics most of them hand forged iron, Be interesting to see what surfaces.

I used it at both DIVs in March. No problem with stability and cutting through that red dirt in Culpeper, VA. Like most pulse machines, it isn't the best choice for trashy dug in camps. It takes a very good ear to tell the difference between a deep nail and a bullet
