I'm in need of a source for out o' the ordinary router bits and or shaper cutters.

All this trim was made back in 1830 with various hand planes and molding planes.
 
And as they sherpined the blade the cotours would change. After while the siding would not match earlier runs. One mill wold NEVER match ahother mill.

Over the years as remolding Contractor I had mad a lot of 105. 116, and 117 ship lap or tong and groove sidings with and Table saw and sander.

If I was Lucky I could use the siding a back or a hidden outside wall to repair Front or side demaged walls Some times removing a whole wall. Replacing the back wall with the newer wood.


New My health is gone. I have the time I would LOVE to Gut older homes for reusable wood, doors, windrows and trim. When I left Abilene in 2002 it was aganist city code to use any kind of USED Building Matireal by bonded Contractor.
 
I ALLWAYS recycle old wood :thumbup:
