Any opinions on the Compass Gold Scanner Pro

Would like some opinions on this machine from past and present users. Also any tips on using this machine would be appreciated. Thanks much!
 
I have a Compass Gold Scanner Pro with 3 discs, one of which is a coin and nugget finder. The control box is black with Gold Scanner Pro printed across the top. I think this is from 1989. I am downsizing an elder friend's belongings and this has to go, unfortunately.

I would like to know what this set is worth. My pictures of this set are too big to upload here and I don't know how to reduce them. If anyone can help me please email me and I will send you the pictures.
