any one know where i can find the cable that goes from the box to where the headphones hook in on a cz6 quicksilver fisher

What you described was commonly known as a pigtail and was used on a CZ6 to preserve its weatherprrof features. Unfortunately CZ6 was only made in 92 and 93 and replaced with the CZ6A which didn't have a pigtail..Being approx. 15 years old hard to find one and feel even Fisher does not have them. I would suggest posting on one of the metal detector classifieds and perhaps someone has one laying around or perhaps contact some long time Fisher dealers as many have these old stock items..Fisher can replace it with a convential female plug but would have to contact Fisher and may be expensive. I know when I had my original CZ6 I purchased an extra pigtail for a spare but its long gone being given to someone who posted on a classified for metal detectors. Good luck in your search...
