Looking to find someone who would like to do some war of 1812 relic hunting. Some of my old sites are still accessible. Also will do some coin and jewelry hunting. Been out of the loop for 10 years and most of the people I hunted with don't hunt anymore the ones that do belong to local club and a few died.
Not big on local detecting club. About 12 or 13 years ago I took a friend and a member of our club to a British camp site along lake ontario that took me several weeks to locate. He promised not let anyone else know. 2weeks later I return to site and find him and 3 other members sucking it dry. Just goes to show U can't even trust a friend U thought U can trust to keep his mouth shut.
