Any of you Fishermen know what this lure is and where I can get more?

I think they were SnagProof lures but when I go to their site I can not find them. I have checked Google and Ebay and no luck. I purchased them in the late 60's or early 70's and great lures in weedy areas. I now have only a couple left and getting afraid to use them for fear of loss.

Anybody see any of them lately or know where to look? Thanks

since I am not into fishing, I offer them to the fishermen who are out there...sometimes they are way out at ocean low tide, sometimes they are on rocky ledges, sometimes on the shoreline.

I have found several lures in the sea weed ( difficult to extract from the sea weed) and have given them away...now, if I find that style, I will keep it ( them) and e-mail you .

I really suspect they have not been made in 30 years or so. I have been using, what I thought was my last one and now went through my tackle boxes, I have six and found 5 more of different colors. If I could find more somewhere I would get a dozen more, that ought to outlast me

watch for them at Garage Sales I guess. I am about to head out to the lake now. Last outing I caught three bass, one pike and four dogfish on that lure. Oh yeah, one Rock Bass too. I worry about losing it on a pike as I don't use a leader I might just have to change that habit though.

an 18 1/2 inch Smallmouth, two small pike, had two pike-one nice one-follow right up to the kayak and two strikes that I missed. Considering that the bass, which was the jumpiest bass I ever caught, broke my end tippit and the pike were all caught without the tip of the rod, I did well. It was tough casting with the rod messed up though.

I stopped and had it repaired on the way home. I bought that rod in about 1968 and caught thousands of bass and pike on it and this was the first problem.

The pike all went back..

I don't know if i miss fishin or not. Haven't been to a lake since i quit drinkin 20some years ago.
Like i said, i don't know if i miss it or not because i was ALLWAYS drunk anytime i was in my boat.
Janet loves to fish but we have never gone simply because here in Pa. they say that you have to give them yer social security # to git a fishin license. I see absolutley no justified reason for that and i refuse to give it to ANYONE !!!
I cot a 32" northern on a piece of meatloaf 3 x's once.4th and last time was with a shiner.Pretty tall fishin tale but nothin but true

I used to fish 3-4 times a week, all summer long but I took up diving to be a better fisherman and then pretty much stopped fishing, except for my yearly fishing trips to Canada.

For some reason I decided to go out again this year and have been doing good. Mary saw a string of Bass I brought home and told me I had to start fishing more Well it is my duty to make her happy so I have been doing so. What's a guy to do?

of course I was in shallow water in a kayak. If they can not go deep, they will sure go High It is fun. I expect to go back out tomorrow morning too for a while
