It would be nice to chat with some female company once in a while, i am a pensioner but 6 hours detecting doesn't phase me.

I don't know as I've seen more than a handfull of women post on ANY of the detecting forums ..... I'm sure that I speak for many here, that it would be nice to have more women engaging in the hobbie ..... Jim
 
I have seen some ladies on the beach that seemed like they knew what was going on but I don't remember very many on any of the forums. Maybe us guy's are the only one's that have problems.
 
Thanks for the replies guys. I was hoping i didn't offend anybody,on reading my posting it looked a bit like i was a guy chasing the girls.

I have seen a few posts from the girls but of course i can't push myself on anybody,it would just be nice to have some casual detecting chat with other girls or older women like myself and to exchange what we have found and how we go about it.

maybe someone who missed the last post will read this and reply no pressure at all.
