Any info on Traveling and packing with Excalibur on plane to Cozumel

How does one pack your contols to carry on Plane without damaging cables or case. Leaving for Cozumel Tommorrow .Thanks for any info.
 
I was in Cozumel back in May with my salt machine. I put the coil and the CPU in my carry on....you have to put your rod and your sand scoop in your checked luggage. ....along with your batteries.

My stuff all broke down, including my 5in travel scoop. Scoop is a must. GL

Don't risk putting your CPU with your checked stuff...leave your case at home, unless you want to pay for the extra baggage fee.
 
Thanks for the info , When I said case I was referring to the case around the CPU. Do you put padding around it and how I protect the cables ? Thanks Greg
