This is the hood ornament on a 1932 Franklin, but an aftermarket accessory and was not stock.

I googled 'dragon hood ornament' and switched to IMAGE VIEW. >>>---->THIS is the view/results it gives, Check it out for yourself! Sometimes it takes awhile playing with the words to find something similar or relevant. In this case I assumed it was an ornament of sorts and hood ornament seemed likely. I just got lucky and google is my friend.

Looks like cheap chrome plated pot metal...Do not think it would have much value.
