I found these with the MXT in my father in laws farm fields in Pennsylvania just above Reading. Not sure what these are, but I noticed they still have some leather around them.

Those are leather rivets used for fastening leather together. These were used mostly for harnesses on the horses and other things made out of leather.
Not sure on the first item though
