Any idea's on what this Toy Ring is?

I found it in a Park this last weekend and it isn't listed in my Premium Rings Book that I have. The Book is over 10 years old so it could be that it wasn't listed in this Edition. The side of the Ring has Horse Saddles on it if that helps. Has any of you seen this Ring before and if so, what's it from and about how old is it? Thanks for any help. These rings were very popular in the middle 40's with grade school girls. There was a fancy saddle sitting on top. There is one on ebay today. Just type in "saddle ring" Our were small and not silver. But they looked like the one on ebay.
