Any Ideas On how to clean this

huntn_relics

New member
I found this doing some Civil War hut digging. It is a lock and I was wondering if someone could tell me how to clean and preserve this lock to keep it from rusting any more once it was cleaned.
Any and all advice is welcome

Thanks
Jason

It comes in a white and yellow can and is like WD-40 but it has special magnetic qualities and is sucked into any threaded` areas or holes etc. Try spraying it on a nut and bolt and watch it get sucked into the threads. It is great stuff to have around the house or to carry in the car. It loosens up rusty relics and anything else that needs it.
