ihuntrelics!

I found these 3 iron relics at my CW spot. They measure around 2 1/2" wide and are around 1/2" thick. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Scott

They look like Rail Road Tressel washers. I've found them and bolts 2 to 3 feet long at an abandoned tressel on my property.

was burnt twice during the civil war. I have found alot of other R.R. relics but just wasn't sure on these. Where you at in Tennessee? I'm from Bristol. HH
Thanks,

They were a type of washer that went to the large pins on RR tracks. Not the RR tie "nails" (large square nail looking pin used on the wooden ties) but the round bolts that went into the metal tracks to bolt them together. Just my opinion. Good hunting, David @ Dixie
