hello. i'd like to know WHAT [!!!] this watch fob commemorates.... the back is plain, no maker's marks. any help would be appreciated. thanks, and good luck!
 
I wonder if it's part of a 200 yr commemorative to "the College of Philadelphia in 1755, and ultimately grew into the University of Pennsylvania"
