Any Idea What This Buttom Is From (Eagle & A Crown On It)

I've been on a button streak lately I guess, because yesterday I popped yet another old looking button. This one rang around the 150's somewhere on my GT from memory. It's perhaps nickle size or somewhere between that and a quarter. Anybody have any idea what this might be? It features an eagle or something and what looks like a royal crown at the top.
 
Critter, sadly it seems you share my own abilities in taking close-up pics :unsure: Any way you can get a better pic?

I'll get some better pics next time I'm over my friends. My digital camera has manual focus and it seems it's close up ability isn't as good any more when adjusting it. It used to do much better, so I think the lens adjustment is slightly out of alignment or something. Thanks for the help so far.
